Returning an Item
As the Purchaser, you must email email@example.com (the Seller), advising of your intention to return your order in part or full.
As the Seller we will then contact you to discuss the reasons for the return and the procedures.
As Purchaser you must return the goods within 7 days of their receipt in accordance with
the Distance Selling Regulations.
If the return is for any other reason, the Purchaser is entitled to a full refund, however you the Purchaser will be liable to pay the return carriage.
The Purchaser must return the goods unused and in adequate packaging that will protect the goods from damage during the return transit.
Upon receipt of the returned goods in acceptable condition, the Seller will make the appropriate refund.
All products supplied by 1st Tools (the Seller)
come with the full manufacturer's guarantee. The Seller passes on manufacturers' warranties in good faith, they form no part of your contract
with the Seller. For the avoidance of doubt if the manufacturer
becomes insolvent you accept that the additional guarantee is lost.
The Seller is in no way to be held responsible for the manufacturers but will endeavour to assist should you be dissatisfied with the service they have provided.
All returns are tested and if the item proves
not to be faulty when tested then only the product value will be refunded.
You will be charged the actual cost of the delivery and the collection.
